0:35.7	generation. I know you already all feel so much fitter being part of this series
0:40.2	and like all of us we feel like every episode we are just running another lap of our

0:47.2	I really want to pick up where we left off last week.
0:50.3	You know, I wonder whether somewhere in your life did you drop the baton?
0:54.4	Somewhere did you get stuck in bitterness or unforgiveness or anger or hurt
0:59.7	or disappointment or discouragement or disillusionment because those feelings are real
1:04.8	feelings and they happen to all of us it's called being alive on earth that's what
1:09.7	it is and so we have to get better at being able to navigate some of those hurdles and
1:16.1	obstacles and blockages so that we can keep running with the baton of faith to our
1:21.8	generation. Maybe the baton wasn't handed to you well.
1:25.5	So you get a choice of whether you're going to live as a victim or you're going to pick up the baton
