0:39.7	charge of all of, I don't know what you do here, but you're an in-house expert on interior design.
0:45.7	Well, I know what you do. I don't know what the title of what you do is. You know what I'm saying?
0:48.6	Well, the title doesn't exactly match it, but it's okay because it's all fun anyway. What is your title, though? Customer Experience Manager. Okay, but by trade, you are an interior designer. That is correct.
0:58.8	And we have in all of our retail stores, as well as in our customer service center,
1:04.0	and online on how to decorate and online on our website, we have our design solutions,
1:09.1	which is design services, and you manage all of them.
1:12.1	So you train them in the retail stores.
