Hey there, welcome back to another episode of the podcast. We're going to talk about forgiveness

today because there seems to be a lot of suffering around this subject and a lot of

misunderstanding about forgiveness, what it is, what it isn't, when it's appropriate. And a lot of

people ask me when they should forgive. And so we're going to talk about that too.

I'm also going to tell you some of my stories as it relates to forgiveness in hopes that

will be of use to you.
