You know what, it's funny, man, I can't complain because this is not manual labor by any means.

But it was supposed to record software for radio this morning, couldn't do stuff with our... Soft

for radio this morning, couldn't do stuff with our original guest. It might be personal, so I don't want to say the name,

but basically his daughter is having some issues in the hospital.

So then did Power a thought with Brandon Webb.

Jerrick Robbins was in studio with us who was an excellent guess and for those who

don't know, Jerrick is the son of the great Tony Robbins

and so we did a pretty we did actually our longest power thought

podcast with him and then Jerrick was like hey do you mind if I do my own

podcast now with Brandon so we probably went like a total of just about three

hours with these guys and yeah and then I was like, dude, I can't, yeah, I was like I can't record a podcast immediately

after this, even though I don't have much to do in terms of hosting with that show, but it's just, dude, it's a lot of listening to people I get it

because I mean you know writing is the same way because people like oh it's nice you get

work from home I'm like yeah man but you just your brain dumping every day so it's it's mentally exhausting.

Yeah I'm the same way with with editing audio because a lot of the time that I'm at home
