And today we are going to be in sections 77 through 80.

I'm so excited to talk about Section 77 today.

Section 77 is a Q&A on the Revelation of John that we find in the Bible.

If I had 30 seconds to teach a book of Revelation, it would go something like this.

The Lord will win. The saints will be exalted. Satan will be cast out. And prophets have visions.

And in between those statements is all kinds of cool stuff, what I like to call the special effects of scripture. But the overarching message is that God's going to wipe away

our tears. We're going to go to a place, which we can't even imagine, which John describes at the

end with a tree that heals the nations and this crystal water that's just so pure.

And to me, the idea and the image of the tree and the water at the end of the book coming to God

fits right in with First Nephi 8. It fits right in with the prototypical temple in the Garden of

Eden, where you have the water and the tree and God. So the Bible is

bookended with that message. And so is the restoration. The restoration begins with that image of a tree.

So to, and by the way, I say bookended. Our lives are bookended with this because when we cross the

veil, we come to the tree. That's our family, but that's also God.
