Yeah, I hope what people don't hear when they listen to Living Waters or listen to the Apologetics Canada podcast or listen to any of the stuff that I put out on my YouTube is that you need to be the Christian encyclopedia.

0:13.1

You need to be the Bible answer woman. And that's a perspective that I took on when I was in my undergraduate studies at university,

0:21.6

where I felt like I needed to know all the answers.

0:23.6

And I needed to, every time someone raised an objection,

0:25.6

I needed to be there with the answer.

0:27.6

And ultimately what that did was it put all of the onus on me

0:32.6

1:06.9

in God, the first thing we need to do as Christians is not launch into the calm cosmological

1:12.3

argument for the existence of God. It's ask, what do you mean by God? What do you mean by illogical?

1:18.7

And get that person to really think themselves about what they're saying. Because far more often than

1:23.7

not, I personally have found they have no idea what they mean by God. And they have no

1:28.1

idea what they mean biological. And actually, the God that they might not believe in is the same God

1:31.9

that I don't believe in. And then we can proceed in talking about the God that I actually do believe in.
