you guys enjoyed my interview with Dave Rubin on Friday. He really is one of the easiest

people to talk to. I've had him on the show before. I've been on his show as well. Back

when I was was big pregnant a couple years ago and that was really fun. You guys probably don't

realize, but not everyone on the show is easy to interview and easy to talk to. But Dave Rubin

is just one of those people that you could talk to forever. So if you haven't listened to that,

kind of episode is one of my favorite kinds of episodes, if not my very favorite kind of episode.

And that is we're breaking down a complicated topic, which means that this will be one of those

episodes. I'm just foreseen that people will go back to that you will probably share with your

friends just because it is breaking down is simply as I can to the nitty gritty as I can. Something that

is very complex and very pervasive. And if you have listened to my podcast for any amount of time,

going to break it down in a way that we haven't broken it down before. I'm going to apply it in a

way that we haven't applied it before. And I'm going to link past episodes that we've done on it

because I've had a lot of conversations with experts about it. And I feel like I have learned
