| 1:20.2 | urging to eat a lot because you've been denying your body of the fuel it needs, or you're urging |
| 1:26.0 | for all those foods you've been denying yourself of for so long. |
| 1:30.5 | So you get yourself into this cycle of being overly restrictive, binging on what you've been |
| 1:35.9 | restricting, then being overly restrictive again, binging on what you've been restricting, |
| 1:40.8 | and repeat, repeat, repeat. |
