So this is a chance to talk to you about what is on my mind

and take your questions.

What number is today? 325. So the reason I'm smiling. I can't figure out the reason I'm smiling because this isn't funny at all.

Which is really absurd that I'm cracking myself up.

But, I'll partially so I'm going to even analyze why I'm laughing

that's the way my mind were every everything needs explanation. So first of all I always say I prefer to laugh than to cry.

Okay, that's actually a factor because you could cry on the issue that I'm about to raise with you.

Secondly, it is so absurd that even though it's awful, it's actually somewhat funny in its absurdity. So what am I

referring to? The head coach of a National Football League team for those of you watching from other countries, that's our big American Football League.

The NFL, the National Football League, it's very big in America, American football, and the coach of one of the

most well-known popular and successful teams, it's called the New England Patriots. The team and the coaches, the new coach is a black

man. He was at a press conference with the owner of the New England Patriots.

They were sitting next to one another,

and the owner said, he was asked a question about this being the first black coach of the New England Patriots.

And he said, I didn't hire him because he's black.

I hired him because he's the best coach there is.

And he just went on and he said,

and he actually said, I'm colorblind.

I just look for quality. I didn't hire him because he even said I remember what he said because he's a person of color. I hired him because he's the best.
