Hello, everyone, and welcome to episode 325. Hi, Laura. Hi, Shana.

0:25.1

Hello. All right. Why don't you kick us off with your check-in for the week? Well, this week I'm a little

0:31.3

pooped. Oh, uh-oh.

0:38.3

Why?

What's going on?

0:39.7

All right.

0:40.5

So warning.

0:49.2

There's going to be a little bit of poop talk in this episode just because, and nothing graphic guys, but it's just because I had a colonoscopy this week.

0:51.1

So it's like, let's check everything out. Okay. So my GI doctor was like, yeah, let's just get, you know, you're a little young, but you have a family history. And so let's get the colonoscopy done and we can be reassured, right? So I was actually supposed to get this done way back in May. And then Sebastian got a stomach flu of some sort, some kind of tummy bug,

about a week before I was supposed to get it done. And I was like, hell, no, I am not going through
