Hi friends. Welcome to the Purpose Show podcast. We are in studio today doing both video and audio, which is so fun.

And today's conversation is going to be even more fun. I am coming in hot with some tips for newly single moms.

We're going to talk a little bit about dating and just kind of like what some of my experience has been. This is definitely going to be maybe a series.

It's at least a three-parter, but I've just never opened up about this part of my life or this part of my journey at all.

And I've been getting a lot of questions when I do my Q&A box on Instagram, ask me anything. Things like that.

Like people are struggling to be newly single to date in their 30s to date with kids. And I definitely have dated and I have definitely learned a lot.

So we're just going to kind of start having this conversation and just start somewhere.

So one of the biggest things that I have seen in the world of like dating after divorce, dating with kids, dating really almost any time, but especially in these circumstances is this whole idea that like you can't date until you're you like fully know yourself and you can't date until you're like whole by yourself.
