And today we are going to be in section 46, 47, and 48.

And in section 46, the question arises, how do we conduct church meetings and how do we make the church alive and vibrant and growing

and give us some direction, Lord. And they've got a whole lot, you know, as they bring in converts

from all over from different backgrounds, a lot of these people are, you know, like falling on the

ground and shaking, they're claiming that this is how God is speaking to them. So Joseph is saying, okay,

what does spirit look like? How do we have these meetings? What are these sacrament meetings?

And for the first time that I can recollect, the Lord's going to actually use the phrase sacrament

meeting. How do we have these sacrament meetings? How do we conduct them? So the question on the table is,

how does a spirit manifest itself to us and through our meetings? And that's going to allow the

Lord to open up a door and teach a doctrine that I want to shout from the rooftops today. So yes,

there's a little bit here in 46 about conducting meetings. So the first

seven or so verses are about get the spirit, conduct your meetings with the spirit. And by the way,

don't kick anyone else out. That really strikes me as intriguing. Jesus said the same thing in

Third Nephi. He seems to emphasize that. Don't kick anyone out. Don't kick strangers out.

Don't kick members out. Now, if they're unworthy, you know, withhold the sacrament from them, but don't kick
