Hey everyone, this is Jillian and you are listening to Court Junkie episode 32.

Today, I'm going to tell you about a case that started about seven years ago when a young

father was killed after dropping off his son at daycare. It's a tragic story as so many

of these cases are, but in addition to that, there are also some legal elements to this case

that I think you will all find fascinating. But first, a couple quick announcements. I

want to begin by saying thank you to everyone who supports this podcast. I'm excited to

announce that Court Junkie will be one year old this August. It's hard to believe that

I started this podcast a year ago, but here we are. I guess time flies when you're doing

what you love. But as you know, I couldn't do it without all of you. And one of my favorite

things has been getting to know those of you who I've had the privilege of communicating

with over this last year. It's completely surreal to meet so many people who enjoy the same
