Hello ladies and gentlemen. Well, today I'm afraid to say it's just me.

Diane is ill, really, really ill. In fact, she's spent the last two days with her head firmly down the toilet.

And unfortunately, the reverb in the bathroom, it's just too much for us to do an entire episode like this.

We've tried lowering the microphone into the toilet, but it's just not working. She keeps on clanging it with her head against the porcelain. And it's creating all kinds of interference. So unfortunately, Diane, she can't do this week. She says that I moan a lot, you know, all the time. She talks about how I moan. I moan that I'm too hot I moan that I ache I moan

that me Achilles tendon on my left foot is a bit burny but at least I have the decency to

turn up and moan about it at least I have the decency and the dignity to turn up and suffer

and obviously make you all suffer as well but still at least i'm there

i know that some of you will be wondering what's actually happened are she eating something

is that why she's got a dicky tummy no what's actually happened is it's just that they're all

in training for the new series and obviously they've met all of the contestants for this coming series

and they're about to be paired together.

And I think it's just the thought that she's going to have to dance with somebody else

and not me for this next series.

It's just made her sick to the stomach.

And she can't handle it, bless her.

So she does have my entire sympathy because it must be a difficult prospect for her to have to go into this new series without me.

Anyway, listen, as much as I would love to sit here and I mean just listen to that silence actually oh it's

peaceful isn't it do you know what I'm thinking about it maybe we should just do this every

week just sit here in silence and appreciate the quiet.

Actually, it's quite boring in it?

What I've decided is in order to satisfy whatever the algorithm of the podcast world is,

we need something, don't we?
