All right. So today, Cody and I are jumping on a Skype call. We're like 50 freaking miles away from each other. He's way

blog not too long ago and it was on, I believe it was how to get bigger arms. So we want to talk a little bit about that because I think we both constantly see it

or we get people who come into vigor and when we sit down, especially guys who want bigger

arms or women want more toned arms or things of that nature.

And then if you go to your big box gym and you see your local hustler just cranking out,

bicep curls pretty much like three, four days a week.

The first thing I want to start out with is actually women because I've had a couple of women

come to me who wanted bigger or they said they wanted more developed arms.

But once I talked a little bit more in depth with them, they actually wanted more shape and development to their shoulders.

Because as we know, like the deltoids kind of come down in that teardrop shape.

When they have that, their arms look a little bit better, and that's actually what a lot
