Hi everyone.

Today we're continuing our theme of recovery.

I'll be talking to my incredible friend Tally Fosh, who

joined me on the recent girls' talk back to school road trip. Tally and I met in treatment,

and since then, both of our lives have turned around massively. After five years of being

clean and sober, she's now a qualified psychotherapist and yoga teacher.

Using her experience to help others, I have so much love for this glorious woman.

This is going to be easy because we've known each other for so long now.

It's just going to flow off the tongue.

Well, it's just back to five years ago when we were sitting on that sofa. You were knitting. Yeah. And I was colouring. Yep. And you would... That sounds so sad. I actually miss it. It was really... I was knitting and you sent me a picture the other day and that made me laugh so much. I mean, literally, I think I was overcompensating for the fact that I was so depressed. I was wearing so many colours. You were? So many colours.

It was so bright. You were like orange and pink and leopard prints. Yeah, yeah. I mean, still

pulling the leopard print, but that was a lot going on. But maybe we need, I mean, we don't actually

really need backstory because we'll

probably talk about it. But Talley and I met about five years ago when we were in aftercare,
