Summary

If you have followed me for a while, you know I have struggled with an eating disorder. I am a recovering binge eater. It is an ongoing journey and I always want to be open about it because I know others struggle with eating disorders too. So in this episode, I am bringing you BTS to my healthy habits as a recovering binge eater; specifically, around night-time snacking. There are different things I do to prepare my body for those late-night cravings or desire for snacks. Wherever you find yourself on your health journey, I hope this encourages you + gives you practical tips on caring for your body well. We don't all get it perfect, but we can make changes toward a healthier version of ourselves. Sending you so much light and love, wherever you are in your journey. ❤️

Be the boss of their stuff and stop letting their stuff requires so much of their time so much of their energy and save them all the headaches and all the stress that we've had to go through to finally get to a point of simplifying our space and realizing that it is actually affecting us.
