1:07.0	by neutralising the protective instincts of bystanders and conditioning child victims to feel as though they are complicit in their own abuse.
1:15.6	Something that offenders do very well is not just manipulate their child victims, but coerce all of the adults in the child's network around them to unwittingly tolerate abuse or even help
