If you don't already know who YouTube star Mr. Beast is, maybe you've never heard of him,

that's okay, maybe you've never watched his videos, that's also okay. You got to know

about this guy though, because he is an enormous cultural influence. He has, this is not hyperbole.

The biggest YouTube account on YouTube. He has 146 million people who subscribed to his

channels. His videos get just, it's actually hard to fathom the number of views that his

videos get. I'm talking hundreds of millions of people watch every single video that he

produces. And he's a huge cultural influence. This is a guy that almost every child that

you know, whether this is your own child, whether this is a grandchild, whether this is

a child you teach, whether this is a child at your church, whatever any kid, any adolescent,

any teenager knows who Mr. Beast is. They've watched Mr. Beast videos. And this guy is now

embroiled in a massive scandal because his sidekick on his show on YouTube, a guy by the

name of Chris, he's a married guy, has a child son. He has suddenly come out as transgender

and the reason, or at least the reason why he's come out as transgender, at least as the

reason it appears that this happened is related to a very, very, very dangerous trend online.
