for President campaign.

When Edwards lost, Tommy had two choices.

He could go to work for the presidential campaign of John Kerry or work for a little-known

Senate candidate in Illinois named Barack Obama, who was a client of mine.

And to our great fortune, he came with us.

You all know him now as one of the amigos on Pod Save America and as the host of Pod
