six year anniversary I always feel like we're celebrating some

anniversary you know like after so doing this for so long we're like it's our half

birthday it's our anniversary it's our 200 episode It's our 200 episode. It's our 300 episode. But you know what I think we deserve all the celebrations. We put in a lot of time.

Every episode is a celebration. Somebody, by the way, like a couple months ago, asked like,

did you guys release, maybe I already addressed this.

They're like, did you guys release two episodes at a time on purpose

last fall so that you would get to 300 episodes before Claire had or baby.

I wish we were that organized, but no.

Really wish we were that organized.

Yeah.

Yeah, well, happy almost six years to us, which I'm sure we will continue to mention for like the next month.

Yeah but that's a lot of time so listeners thanks for hanging in there with us if you're

Okay I had one quick follow-up from last week that was really bothering me that I was like I really wanted to say this because I had like such conflict about the discussion we had last week for a variety of reasons mainly because I'm always like

oh diets are such a hard thing to talk about with people how are they going to react are we

going to see me like come across as hypocritical which I don't did, but I think we did a great job because

we're always looking at all sides.

But the one thing I disagree with across all diets and all programs and all platforms is taking

photos of yourself and weighing yourself.
