I'm so excited to share our guest with you today. Sarah Uten from the UK is here, and many of you may know what her claim to fame is.

What an amazing story she has to share. Back in 2011, she took off on a bid to circumnavigate the planet, all human-powered.

And she did this with kayak, bicycle, and rowing.

Oh, yeah. It's exciting for us. This is an amazing story, Sarah. I really don't know where to start. I guess, let's do this for the listeners, so they kind of have a framework. Howell just give us a couple of bullet points about the trip itself. So just a brief sketch. Where did you go and how did you get there?

And then we'll dive into the details after that. Okay. So I started in 2011 and kayaked to France

from London and then I cycled across Europe and Asia to the far edge of Russia,

kayaked and cycled down to Japan. And then from there I rode Asia to the far edge of Russia, kayaked and cycle down to Japan.

And then from there I rode across to the Aleutian Islands

and from there, kayaked the length of the Aleutian chain

in Alaskan Peninsula before cycling across the North American continent
