Welcome back to another episode of Reality Life with Kate Casey.

I hope that you have had a great week.

It's almost the holidays and I am going to give you a bunch of recommendations of shows

that you can binge.

Now I'm hoping that you have a little bit more time and I'm telling you if you need a

little skate from the world, these are some great recommendations.

One of the specials I saw this week was called The Case Died With Her.

It's a new oxygen special and it explores this tragic story of Emily Morris who died

before she could testify against her alleged abuser.

So in October of 2014, she seems on top of the world for the first time in years.

She had many years of struggle.

Lots of her friends said she really seemed to be in a good spot.

Since she was 16, she had been living with a dark secret.

And that secret was that she alleged that her cross country coach James Waldo III had begun

sexually abusing her when she was a popular star athlete at Lindbergh High School in

St. Louis, Missouri.

So after years of battling depression and alcoholism, to cope with the pain she felt in July

of 2013, she worked up the courage to go to the police about what he had allegedly done

to her all those years ago, something that she captured him talking about in a secretly

recorded conversation.
