0:16.1	are talking about the Supreme Court, the importance of the Supreme Court, the threat to our
0:22.1	freedoms that packing the Supreme Court, something that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are
0:26.5	going to do if they win something that Democrats have said that they're going to do if they gain
0:31.7	power. Why that is such a threat to our liberty and to our civil rights, we are going to talk
0:40.0	about all of that today with him. This is one of those conversations that is so important
0:47.2	when we are thinking about who to vote for. I know I sound like a broken record, but if
0:51.9	there is anything that I can emphasize that I can get people to see is that this election,
0:58.6	all elections, but I would say in particular this election has such far reaching implications. If
1:05.7	we are talking about a party, the Democratic Party, who has said that they want to pack the
1:10.4	Supreme Court, that means expanding the Supreme Court to 13 seats, filling in those extra seats
1:16.4	with liberal justices, liberal justices always go in the way of Democratic dogma, no matter what
1:22.4	the law says, no matter what the Constitution says. So that means liberal activism at the expense
1:28.4	of your civil liberties. If they do that, if they abolish the electoral college, if they decide
1:34.4	they're going to give statehood to Puerto Rico and DC, if they decide that they are going to be
1:39.8	able to reconfigure the Senate, which of course would be hard to do, but many people on the left do not
1:45.5	believe that the Senate should have the same number of representatives, the same number of
1:51.9	senators per state, they believe like the House of Representatives that should be based on population.
1:58.0	If that happens, it will no longer be a democracy. We will no longer live in a representative
2:04.5	democracy in a republic. The middle of the country, the minority will not have a say at all. The
2:11.6	way our system is set up now, it makes sure that the 51 percent are not tyrannically ruling over
2:18.7	the 49 percent. That is how our country was set up intentionally and abolishing the electoral
