0:15.4	So we're back with this second hour of the podcast, kind of shift gears for the second
0:20.5	hour and talk about what the Supreme Court did today, which is nothing short of shameful.
0:26.0	They tossed out, I mean, as I suspected they would.
0:29.8	They tossed out the lawsuits against Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia for being moot.
0:38.1	They declared that it was moot.
0:39.4	They basically said that even if the states violated their own state constitution, violated
0:45.4	the federal constitution, violated their own election laws, it didn't matter because
0:49.6	they couldn't overturn the election anymore because Joe Biden had already been sworn
0:53.5	in.
0:54.5	So it was moot.
0:55.6	That they originally received these cases before Joe Biden was inaugurated.
1:01.2	And they deliberately decided not to expedite them.
1:05.6	So it's a really interesting dilemma, and I mean, by interesting, I mean, it seems like
1:11.3	this was all cooked from the beginning.
1:13.9	You final lawsuit, it reaches the Supreme Court with ample time for them to decide the
1:18.5	merits as long as they agree to expedite it.
1:21.3	They do not agree to expedite it.
1:23.2	They push it out, and then when they finally hear it, they declare it to be moot.
1:28.5	This idea that you can violate the constitution, and as long as you run out the clock for long
1:32.6	enough, you can get away with it.
