Well, we're, this is definitely not a regularly scheduled episode here on the three of seven

podcasts. It's, it is a Sunday afternoon 12, 20 here on the east coast and we're live

on YouTube. Thank you guys for joining us by the way. I hope you're having an awesome

morning. If you're listening on audio, this is a bonus episode with Brooke and I because

we ran our first race together yesterday and there were a lot of cool things for me personally

that came out of that and a lot of thoughts that I had. And I asked miss biscuit if she

would come and do a podcast with me about it. And she was totally open to it. So thank

you, baby. Yeah. Thank you for making time. I'm excited here. This is the first podcast

we've just done together in a long, long time. Yeah, because we have the origin series kind

of telling our story, which I told you yesterday, we owe, we owe another origin's episode.

Like we, the last, I think we have like three or four years to catch up on. And there's

a lot of wild stuff that's happened. Um, those are harder episodes to record. Yeah, they're

uncomfortable. Yeah. I mean, and some of the, the stuff that will be in the newer origins

if, if and when we do it is some like more recent hard times, you know, and so it, I think

we definitely put it off, but we need to do it. But yeah, we haven't done an episode together

just us. I think ever other than origins, right? Oh, interview, but that's not just us.

Yeah. It's pretty cool. Um, well, a little bit of housekeeping for you guys. If you're
