chorubic.

She nonetheless could command armies and sort of did for us in 2008 when she was director

of scheduling an advance for the Obama campaign.

And later, as Deputy Chief of Staff in the White House running all the operations there,

she's whipsmart, wise, hilarious, irreverent, all of which are on display in her latest

book.

So here's the thing, notes on growing up, getting older and trusting your gut.

I sat down with Alyssa in New York recently to talk about her book, her life, politics,

and a lot of other stuff that was on her very fertile mind that day.
