I am in great spirits today. I spent most of the morning. Good two hours. 45 minutes on my stairmaster listening the gospel music and then just another hour and 15 minutes recovering from my workout on my stairmaster listening to gospel music.

I tuned my heart and again I listened to a lot of gospel music but today was vitally important because I needed a great workout and I needed to tune my heart. I needed to uplift my spirits and I did that today and so I'm just I'm just in a better mood and a better spirit because I let Maverick City and Tasha Cobb's and Rance Allen and

I'll green. I let them speak to me this morning. Man and it was awesome and it has me feeling very positive and very good and you know a lot of times I listen I listen to gospel music on my drive in and my drive ends very short. It's five to

eight to ten minutes driving in but when you take two hours to tune your heart I mean your heart really gets in tune and so I'm just sharing that with you all if you're wondering why I'm in such a good spirit. Now I'm dressed like a bomb. I got this

in a good spirit. Put whatever hoodie or pull over whatever I got it's kind of cold here in Nashville and so but anyway I'm feeling awesome and that means we're going to have an awesome show a fantastic show T.J. Mo will join us
