Hello everyone and welcome to the next episode of the Disclosure Podcast. Thank you so

much for tuning in today. I really hope that you enjoyed today's episode and I hope

that you're all safe and I hope that you're all doing well and I hope that you've all

been enjoying life since I last uploaded a podcast. In today's episode, I thought that we

could really touch on some of the themes of one of my recent uploads, which was my vegan

journey. The video was kind of like a eight minute or so roundup of some of the key moments

that I've identified in my past that kind of brought me to veganism because one thing

that I think is really interesting is how when we talk about going vegan, we think, oh,

well, yeah, I had this conversation with a friend or I saw this documentary and that's

what made me vegan. But I think what's really interesting is, at least for me, I could

see or I could remember these very important moments of my life, moments where preconceptions

were challenged in hindsight. I could see myself making progression towards veganism. Of course,
