Today I am going to be doing a deep dive into morning sickness and hyper-emesis and just kind of going over some of the stigmas around it, what it actually is, and some amazing new research

that has come out showing what potentially causes morning sickness. And further those severe cases of hyperemesis.

But I wanted to start by just kind of talking about some of the stigmas and also like what your doctor might say.

So let's say you're pregnant.

A lot of times morning sickness can start as early as five weeks, as late as eight weeks, but most women do feel nauseous or experience what they call

quote-unquote morning sickness at some point during her pregnancy.

Usually between six and eight weeks it's the strongest for most women.

It's subsides by 12 to maybe 20 weeks and then in those unfortunate cases it can happen
