Hello, ho, ho! Here's an important message from Network Rail for anyone who's travelling by train this Christmas and New Year.

We'll be working over the festive period to make improvements to the railway. Most of the network remains open, but some train services will be affected from Sunday the 25th of December until Monday the 2nd of January.

What is up everybody? This is Scott Yeager here with another edition of Challenge Mania, but this episode is not your usual episode of Challenge Mania. No maniacs.

Derek and I had the pleasure of being joined by Mark Long, Rachel Robinson, Marie Roda, Ionamackens, Ryan Quijo was in the house, and of course a sold out room full of Challenge Mania acts.

Many of which become a part of the show. I want to tell you how you can be a part of future shows because I have a feeling some of you might hear this and think wow that sounds like a lot of fun.

How can I be a part of the next one? Well, sadly the next ones in Chicago Labor Day weekend, that one is sold out. Our Chicago shows those tickets tend to go pretty quickly.

So you got to be quick to the draw the way to be quick to the draws to head to patreon.com slash challenge mania. That's how you get involved in our pre sales. We have a diesel level pre sale every on sale.

Then we have a regular all patron pre sale and you tend to be pretty good. If you're using one of those, you tend to be pretty good getting VIP tickets if you want those or getting the regular tickets, the GA tickets for the show if you want those.

Now, if you can't come to Chicago, that's fine. We have another show in October, October the eighth. We have an awesome San Diego lineup. It's our first time in San Diego. You stay classy San Diego.

We're coming to the gorgeous new Mike drop comedy club in San Diego, California. If you wait and hit this club up for a while, they just open in May.

Cannot wait to hit the stage there. We are bringing a who's who of challenge royalty to that stage, Mark Long, Leah Gillingwater, Randy Barry. We believe that Nani and Casey will be in the house. We got to make sure that's still the case, but we believe Nani and Casey will be in the house. If not, we will have some amazing cast members taking their spots. That is Saturday, October the eighth.

It's been announced, but the tickets have not gone on sale yet. We will be doing our year end show this December 17th at the Miami improv in Miami, Florida. That's right. We're coming back. We did one of our last shows before the pandemic in Miami at the Miami improv. Remember,

But we're very excited to come back to the Miami improv and this show is going to be really special because it is our year closing show.

We always call that our holiday party of sorts, but this year, we have another reason to celebrate because this will be our five year anniversary of challenge mania.

Cannot believe we've been doing this for five years cannot believe we have been doing these live shows for four and a half years going on five years at this point.

And it's just been so much fun 300 plus episodes of the podcast that's not counting bonus episode does not counting patreon.

I believe we're somewhere in the 26 live show range. So we're coming up to our 30th live show and I just got to say, I mean, this is one of the coolest jobs in the world.

I could never have fathom that I'd be able to do this five years ago when Derek hit me up to do challenge mania never did I think we would be doing shows at the sold out city winery.

Well, that city winery that we did this that did not exist then, but I was going to the old city winery on barracks street when I was working down there.
