me for the interview, but I wanted to give you a little introduction first. Today's podcast

guest is Lauren Everett's Bostic, one half of the skinny confidential him and her podcast.

Now, I'm not quite sure how the timing of this is going to work out, but this was actually

a pod swap. So if you're not too sick of Jess and I, after you listen to this amazing conversation,

and that's going to drop you there this week or next. But back to Lauren, this show is all about

her. If you know where it might be from her blog or the podcast she does with her husband,

Michael Bostic, it often features beauty and wellness experts, including some of the people

we've had on our show here. But we thought the time was right to have Lauren on as a guest,

because she just launched her skinny confidential line of beauty products. Don't be freaked out by

the name. As Lauren explains in this interview, it has nothing to do with body weight. It does,

however, focus on cold therapy. A beauty treatment, we haven't really gotten a chance to discuss

on the podcast yet. But Lauren is an expert and she explains the benefits and the tool that she created

to help with cold therapy. We also talk about face oils, how she gets the benefits of meditation

without meditating, something that I'm already doing myself, and most exciting of all her upcoming

book, Get the F out of the Sun, which is published by Abrams Image and is going to be coming out June
