Summary

Working out is the one thing that we always tend to put off. It's the one thing that most of us end up taking off of our schedule because things got busy, something got in the way, it just wasn't working out, or we just didn't feel like it.   Exercising is one of those things that we all know we're supposed to do, but yet we can't always find time for it. Maybe we do it for a little while, but we can't stick with it consistently.   This is why we are so excited to share with you the things that we have found that have helped us become so much more productive after having super dialed-in workouts and exercising.   It’s something we know you're going to be able to use to be able to gain more time in your day, along with being really proud and feeling incredible because you're finally starting to commit to consistent exercise.   What do you say? It is the one thing that we always tend to put off. It's the one thing that most of us end up

working out or I just didn't feel like it. I didn't have time. And that is working out. Exercising is one of those

things that we all know we're supposed to do, but yet we can't always find time for. And maybe we do

for a little while, but we can't stick with it consistently. And I will say that I was in that

camp for a long time. I've always been an incredibly athletic person that's cared so much about

my health. And for many years, I had to care about my health. I had a chronic autoimmune issue that

really affected my digestive system. And I didn't have a choice.

I had to be super hyper focused on my health. And throughout all of that, there was motherhood,

there was work, there was me having a career and then having a business and then having

another business. And finally, after two babies, a marriage, a home,

and all of the things, I have finally found a way to stop making the excuse of I don't have time

to work out. I am so excited to share with you the things that I have learned after finally

giving up that old hat and saying,

found that have helped me become so much more productive after being in the game and super
