I have ever read and ever cooked from. It's a New York Times bestseller aimed at home chefs of any skill

level who are looking to improve their technique and learn the fundamentals of

cooking. I have learned so much from this cookbook.

Sola and I talked today about how she created this

fantastic book, food-related New Year's resolutions, and racism in the world of
