Lemonada. It's a big day in my world.

And one way we can do that, well, maybe we can actually do more than one thing at a time. But one way we can do more of what's important to us is by making critical decisions about our side hustle, our various projects,

how can we perhaps reduce work hours while keeping income steady? That's what we're going to talk

about in this episode. Again, live from Texas, freelancers and service-based entrepreneurs often hit

a point where success leads to

overwhelm. So we're going to hear today from a web developer whose business is thriving,

but at the cost of working way too much, 60 plus hours a week, he says, and he wants to scale back

without disappointing long-term clients, and of course without losing his money. So let's talk about

some options for him. What might he do?
