300, 300 episodes. This is episode 300 of my trend following podcast. Started as a lark.

Really, truly, there was no great organization or thought process i had done very brief podcasts

episodes four or five years ago and i just decided in january of 2012 let's crank it up again

let's go long form let's do interviews i had no earthly idea how this would unfold.

Yes, I had some experience talking with very knowledgeable, very well-known people in the past.

But this podcast is a whole different animal because it has gone long past just trend following.

Four Nobel Prize winners in economics and I will work my

level-headed best in 2015 to get a few more Nobel Prize winners on just for the simple reason

that it's just fun to say, hey, there's been six, seven Nobel Prize winners to appear in my podcast.

But no, seriously, the four that I've had on have been fantastic interviews, great insights. Daniel Kahneman, Vernon Smith,

Harry Markowitz, and Robert Amman. All great. You should listen to them if you've not. Going back

in time a little bit, though, back to the beginning, this podcast starting, I still

remember when it really changed.

It was my first Jack Schwager interview.

That was where all of a sudden the listens just went, boom, and there was a jump.

There was a spike.

And everything really since then has been a build off that.
