bro. How, uh, when'd you get started with tattoos

i've been tattooing for about 13 years now straight out of high school i've been doing tattoos

what i love um yeah 10 10 13 years now where your how were your parents uh reaction when you

want to start doing tattoos?

Well, it was one of those things where my parents split up, so it was like mainly my mom growing up. But, you know, originally I had a Theo that was a tattoo artist. Oh, he was covered in tattoos. Two theos. They were covered in tattoos. So originally, you know, tattooing kind of had like a negative light just because the people that had tattoos were mainly cholos like my, you know, my uncle.

Uh-huh.

Yeah.

They're doing trouble. And so in the beginning, it was, it was one of those things where it wasn't something that they wanted me to do. They wanted me to go to school, right? Yeah. You know, couldn't do the school thing. And for me me i've always been a creative person so originally

it was kind of hard for that for me to paint the vision and and see the vision but uh you know

over time uh they've gotten a lot better they support what i do now they're proud you know

that's dope happy but definitely long long term vision you know because i ask because like especially

uh mexican culture like they look down on tattoos yeah like, like my mom, I remember it was funny.

I told her, I was like, hey mom, I'm having a tattoo artist on the show. She's like, you better not get a tattoo. Tattoo life. I was like, she's like, I swear if you get tattoo, like I'm getting kicked out. Like my mom is super strict against tattoos. And I hear that a lot. And that's, it's a trip, man, because I get clients of all ages,
