Surely there is more to the Simone Biles story.

Surely, otherwise this is absolutely outrageous for this young woman, this athlete to drop

out of the Olympics.

So first when she announced when Simone Biles, the star gymnast announced that she was

withdrawing from the US team all around finals.

It was reported in the media as possibly an injury.

Did she injure her foot?

Did she injure her knee in this vault that she had mothed up?

And people accepted that.

Okay, it was an injury, but Biles herself has said that it was not an injury following

that initial report.

She's calling it a medical event.

She says it's a mental health issue.

She doesn't specify exactly what it is.

So let's glean what we can from what she has said.

Because I mean, it's very disappointing, as a viewer, as an American, to see what's

happened.

Like I said, maybe there's more to the story.

It almost seems like there must be because otherwise this is the most insane thing that

I've ever seen.

Simone Biles herself said, this Olympic Games, I wanted it to be for myself when I came
