Summary

In Episode 30, Kathryn discusses how to stop following cultural dieting patterns and stay focused on recovery, even if others are focusing on weight loss at certain times of the year.  She encourages you to think ahead and commit to avoid setting a resolution to diet in the New Year.  This, in turn, will help you in your efforts to stop binge eating during these last two months of the year.
