Summary

Y'all. It's officially May, finally feeling like spring, AND Podcast Day! TRIPLE JACKPOT.
Today, my friend Jess Penick is bringing down the house over at The Messy Table Podcast as she shares what's even better than time management, tips for conquering the addictive habits that keep us from thriving, and a life-changing secret for unlocking humility.
"God paid a high price for you, so don’t be enslaved by the world." 1 Corinthians 7:23
Jess is a wife to one, mama of two, and on the YouVersion Team at Life.Church—which oversees the ridiculously awesome Bible App. She experienced a massive paradigm shift when she surrendered to uncovering God's best for her life (particularly in the area of food), which resulted in losing a bunch of weight and gaining a healthier body in which to live this one and only life.
Want to know her secrets?! Grab your coffee, pull up a chair, and join us!
