Hi everyone. It's good to be back on the podcast so far this month, we've been really busy touring the UK for the

Girls Talk Back to School Road Trip in collaboration with speakers for schools. Thank you so much

to all our sponsors, but most of all, thank you so much to all the students in Nottingham, Manchester,

Newcastle and Scotland, who were so forthcoming and welcoming to myself and the

girls talk team. You were so open and honest in the workshops and the school assemblies. And I can't

It's October, so this means it's Mental Health Awareness Month. A subject, I'm sure you know,

is very close to my heart and probably the founding topic of Girls Talk. So today we have the multi-talented Ashley Walters on the
