I just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing this podcast and this song

conversation and it's really inspiring me and motivating me and just really encouraging me

to continue writing and when I make my to to just be honest and vulnerable when i write and i guess my

question would be how do you go about sharing these personal songs and how do you basically how do you prepare yourself to share

from such a vulnerable place and um just any advice related with songwriting and the process of

like really digging deep to get out what you know needs

to be shared.
