This is our third episode and today we have a very special guest.

Her name is Sophie Jaffy.

You probably know her from Instagram philosophy mama,

sharing her beautiful photos of her yoga poses,

her gorgeous model-like family,

her kids, Kay and Leo, who we're going to talk about a lot in this episode,

who I love so much and who make me want to be a mother way sooner.

Then I probably would otherwise because they're just such sweet kids.

They're so awesome. Sophie's also an entrepreneur.

She has a company called Philosophy.

It's a superfoods company. She has powder.

She has coconut butter. She has superfood infused honey.

She is a treat leader. She is a raw food chef.

She's had some incredible, very big name clients as a raw food chef.

She basically does it all. She's also my dear friend and I'm so excited to have her here on the podcast.

We've gotten a lot of requests to have Sophie on.

So pretty lucky that she just came right over to be my third guest.
