All right, welcome. My guest today is the leader. What's your official title over there, man?

0:07.9

Director. The director. That's a good one. It's the director of content, his prayer ministry out of

0:13.5

Colorado Springs, and he's a good close personal friend of mine. We were at Berkeley together,

0:19.6

although he's a bit younger. I was an old man by the time he was a student, but we both did prayer

0:26.3

stuff at Berkeley. I don't know about you, David. I just feel like the prayer stuff at Berkeley

0:34.4

in that season really shaped way. I'm basically doing the same stuff that I did then. Me too. Me too.

0:40.0

Right. Yeah. Yeah, it's funny because we just saw Ty Lam who is the leader at Luke 18 Project

0:49.1

at IHOP, and he's doing the same thing. And then obviously Joe Cam, who's a close personal friend

0:53.3

of ours who leads Niaz, House of Prairie in Berkeley, he's doing the same thing. It just seems

1:39.2

through life. And I'm not saying that in a critical way or just over generalizing, but I think it's true.

1:46.6

What we've seen, especially just with our spiritual family from Berkeley over the years,

1:53.4

that trajectory really matters. And so I'm encouraged that God has probably been about 10 years

1:59.0

since we first met. We're still tracking. You guys may not know this, but Dennis and I,

2:05.2

we try to start a business together. Didn't get off the ground, but we're still in business of prayer.

2:10.8

And so yeah, we're, you know, I really want to encourage, you know, particularly young people who

2:16.5

may be listening in on this conversation. Those years, they matter. They're so formative. You know,
