patterns and can unlock you know sort of renew your patterns kind of maybe rewire you a bit

I do think that can happen and I also think that it is much easier these days to put your hand

up and say I need help yeah I'm having a tough time here.

But I think when you get help from people who know what they're talking about,

they are able to recognize that for some people, odd little things are the triggers that kind of tip them over the edge.

And it's great talking to friends.
