1:17.1	Well, first I asked Dr Williams why socialism is so popular right now and what flaws
1:22.4	does the system have?
1:23.6	Well I think that socialism is very popular among people in general and one of the reasons
1:29.9	is that socialism implies big government.
1:33.0	And big government allows people to do things
1:37.0	that if they did the same thing privately, they'd go to jail,
1:41.0	such as taking, if I took your money to give to somebody else, I'd go to jail.
1:47.0	But if you can get Congress to do that, you don't go to jail.
