Summary

Days after the 4th of July, Dennis reflects on the meaning of patriotism at a time when we may not feel proud of the direction America is headed. Despite these feelings, however, we raise the flag for the values it represents—the American Trinity inscribed on every U.S. coin: Liberty, In God We Trust, and E Pluribus Unum. We must restore these values if America is to remain the last best hope of Earth.

0:58.7	So this issue is something a lot of you might want to think about, but certainly those

1:05.9	Well, how do I phrase it?
1:09.1	What if you are not so proud of your country at a given moment?
1:13.4	Well, at least we had that.
1:15.4	How are you, little fella?
1:19.6	What if you are not so proud of your country as perhaps you were, not perhaps in my case,
1:25.2	I was all of my life?
1:27.7	How do you celebrate a patriotic day if you are disappointed in your country?
1:34.8	And I am disappointed in my country.
