If you let negativity creep in at any moment, it's really going to set you back if you want to get a good time.

Boy, do we have a special treat for you. We have the recent winner of the Tour Divide Race, And this is Brian Lacedo. Brian took up biking because he

couldn't get a horse. And that led to a lifetime of enjoying biking. And he and his wife do a lot of

touring and his biking resume is extensive. So I want to talk about all of that. But the main

You're in California, and you and your wife, Janet, like to do a lot of
