1:31.5	the term Philobuster. They use the term budget reconciliation or reconciliation
1:35.3	for short. They use the term nuclear option. But they don't actually tell you
1:40.5	how that came to be. They don't actually tell you what it means and the
1:44.9	ramifications for pushing through a bill with a simple majority in the
1:49.8	Senate. So today's podcast, it's going to do a deep dive into the Philobuster
