Today, I want to share really two key ideas from the book and I unpack them in

great detail. The book is 272 pages of both memoir and manifesto. You can also get the

audio book which which I love. I'm a huge audio book fan and I try to help create the audiobook that I would love to listen

to and I hope you love it as well. But I have two ideas that I want to share with you about

how I think we can make change together. I'm not going to be

reading from the book. This is just from my heart, but I'm going to be kind of

sharing with it from the perspective of some of the key lessons from the book all right this is

become a continuous commercial for the book, But today is a huge day. You know, until you

write a book, you have no idea, one, how long it takes to write 272 pages, how long it takes to edit those

272 pages, all of the different parts of the publication process, the promotion process.

It's been a beast, like even just the writing process and the editing process were, I mean I was going

to say brutal, I mean something less than brutal but just hard.

And I say that as somebody who has written thousands of articles and who writes and speaks
